True to its current vision, Midland is continually improving programs in response to the needs of the marketplace who will employ our graduates. This ensures that students are getting a relentlessly relevant education for current and future jobs. Midland University's Teacher Career Ladder Program is an example of the relentless relevant experience provided to future teachers.

The Midland University Teacher Career Ladder Program (TCL) serves the University's K-12 district partners in providing an accelerated path to teaching credentials to the district's current paraprofessionals.
