Midland University (Fremont, NE) is seeking a dynamic and innovative faculty member to teach management full-time (9 months).
Job Duties include:
- Primary teaching responsibilities include a variety of courses in management (may include Applied Business Communication, Organizational Behavior, Principles of Management, and Human Capital Management, as well as others based on expertise).
- Lead the development and delivery of quality outcomes-based business curriculum.
- Partners across the university on student recruiting, retention, and graduation.
- Promotes operational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Innovative teaching using a market-place back approach.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Minimum of a Master's degree in relevant field; doctorate preferred.
- Relevant practical experience.
- Demonstrated excellence in teaching.
- Agility and flexibility.
- Passion for developing students as professionals.
- Entrepreneurial mindset.
- Evidence of innovative thinking and action.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive environment for faculty, staff, and students.
