Midland University, a private, Christian, liberal arts university in Fremont, Nebraska (just outside of metro Omaha), is seeking a Full Time Offensive Coordinator/Assistant Football Coach.

Job responsibilities include:

• Providing coaching and instruction during training and practice activities
• Practice preparation Recruiting Video analysis
• Assisting with team travel Assisting with strength and conditioning activities
• Assisting with camps and clinics Assisting the head coach with the administration and leadership of the football program
• Helping to ensure team compliance with all NAIA and institutional, rules and regulations Representing Midland University

Need to have:

• A bachelor's degree
• Previous experience as a high school or collegiate football coach
• Good organizational skills
• Good interpersonal communication skills
• Basic computer skills, such as a working understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel

Preferred to have:

• A Master's degree
• Previous offensive coordinator experience
